1.Right from cutting iron sheet uptil the finished product, the entire process is done by hands using traditional tools such as hammer and steel needle called 'Salai.

2. The design pattern which you see on the product, involves etching pattern in metal surface and then laying out fine wires of silver or gold into those patterns. This is highly time consuming and exhaustive process.
